Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food or custom products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges due to the nature of our items.
Refunds
In certain cases, we will make refunds to accommodate our customers. We will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
